How Can Stomach Cramps be Treated?

Hi, I ve been basically sleeping with a fever of 103 since Monday. I have stomach cramps that bend me over and diarrhea evry 20 min to an hour. I think I finally beat the fevers but this stomach cramping just won t go away. Any suggestions? The healthcare in our tiny little town sucks...

Food poisoning may cause this type of symptoms..
Consult a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis..
